Nicole Laguardia danced under the direction of Kelley & Danielle Larkin. She attended Arizona State University where she earned her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and spent four years on the nationally ranked Sun Devil Dance Team, two of which she was captain. She has danced in the Superbowl XLII Halftime Show, was featured as Sport’s Illustrated Cheerleader of the Week, is a Knicks City Dancer Alumni, and recently dancer for the TV show: Lip Sync Battle.
Jessica West Regan began her dance training at age 3 in Toronto, Canada at Linda Collins School of Ballet. Throughout her 15 years of competitive dance, Jessica won top awards for technique, style and dancing ability in numerous regional and national competitions. After high school, Jessica was accepted to The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. She continued her dance studies at The New School University in Manhattan under their scholarship program. Jessica has starred in the Off Broadway smash hit, The Awesome 80s Prom. Other NYC roles include dancing alongside Broadway veterans and legends, such as Brenda Braxton, Andrea McArdle, and Daphne Rubin-Vega, in the production of Chicago on the Rosie O’Donnell cruise line and many more.
Jessica West Regan
Jessica Kelly began her dance training at the age of three. From an early age she fell in love with dance and grew up taking various classes in Jazz, Tap, HipHop and Ballet, as well as dancing with her studio’s HipHop Competition Team. She went on to obtain a BS in Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Education and an MA in Dance Education both from New York University. She also holds a ‘Kat Wildish Ballet4Adults’ Teaching Certificate. Jessica has trained extensively at various NYC studios including Broadway Dance Center’s audition-only Training Program where she focused her studies on Ballet and Tap. She has performed at renowned venues such as Alvin Ailey, Symphony Space, Carnegie Hall, and Madison Square Garden just to name a few. She has taught at various studios in New Jersey and New York City and is excited to be bringing her expertise and passion for dance to Studio L.
Sharyn Riffel comes to us with over ten years dance instruction and administrative experience. She studied dance at SUNY Brockport and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Arts with a Dance Concentration from Ramapo College, as well as years of training under Christy Kugler, Oscar Ruge, Irine Fokine, and Garth Fagan to name a few. Aside from teaching she has also choreographed several musicals for Suffern High School from 2007 through 2012. While dance has always been Sharyn’s first passion, her latest is aerial dance and aerial yoga. Sharyn continues to expand her knowledge, training, and experience throughout New York and New Jersey to enhance herself and her students. She has been an aerial dance and aerial yoga instructor for two years now.
Chelsea Marie was born in Exton, Pennsylvania and has been dancing since the age of 3. She is a graduate from Montclair State University with a BFA in Dance and is certified as a Dance Educator by the NJ Department of Education. Chelsea has trained in programs with The Joffrey Ballet School, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, and Dana Foglia Dance. She has performed in concert works by Bill T. Jones, Sean Curran, and Larry Keigwin and has danced commercially for Todrick Hall, RK Davis, Janelle Cambridge, and Nicole Guidetti Serapiglia.
Tyler Glovin has been dancing under the direction of Kelley and Danielle Larkin for 13 years. In his dance career has has been on TV shows such as Jack’s Big Music Show, The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and America’s Got Talent. Tyler has performed at halftime shows for the New York Mets, New York Knicks, and the Brooklyn Nets. Since graduating in 2013, Tyler has been managing our Boys Program and is very excited to start his dance career as a full time Studio L Staff member.
Rocky Smith was born in New York City and started dancing at age 3. He trained for five years at the School of American Ballet and then became an award wining dancer instructed by Kelley and Danielle Larkin. He has made appearances in movies such as Finding Forester and The Perfect Holiday and has performed with various artists including the Jonas Brothers and Melissa Gorga. Rocky is signed to Clear Talent and has also toured the world with the “Bad Boys of Dance.”
Nicole Guidetti Serapiglia is currently a top professional dancer and budding industry choreographer with a long career of notable performances including: P. Diddy, Beyonce, Ashanti, Black Eyed Peas, Gwen Stefani, Mario Vazquez, Ricky Martin, Lil’ Eddie, Thalia, Sean Paul, Smashmouth, Musiq, and the New York City Knicks Dancers. She has guest starred on “Law & Order: SVU” and performed on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon as well as assistant choreographed for multiple seasons of the hit show, “Lip Sync Battle”.
