Dance has helped me in what I believe is the most important aspect of life which is to enjoy what you have. As much as I loved going to the studio everyday to dance and fool around with the other boys (only when appropriate of course!) I didn't fully appreciate what I had because I was too caught up with feeling like I had to decide between football and dance

ILIANA GRAVINA

GRADUATED 2015

I started dancing at Studio L when I was two years old so when my senior year came, I knew that I couldn’t just leave all that I’ve learned behind. I continued my training as part of the dance team at the University of Cincinnati while studying in Communications and Public Relations. I was extremely fortunate because I was getting the best of both worlds, training with (at that time) the 10- time world champion and 7-time national title winning dance team while on the path to receiving my degree. It didn’t take very long for me to realize that although I loved my team, my school, and the relationships I was creating in Cincinnati, it felt like something was still missing. That was when I decided the next year I would not return to campus.
